Samenvatting

This report presents the results of a survey conducted in 40 member states of the Council of Europe, issued by the European Commission for the Effiency of Justice (CEPEJ). The results are based on self-report by the members of the CEPEJ. A description and a comparative analysis is given of the operation of European judicial systems and of the information regarding the organisation of these systems.
